so, because of the success of the last dumpling jam back in april, our melbourne counterparts are organizing another round! coming in september, check it out: the dirty dumpling jam II - nori strikes back!
like the last time, you will get to make delicious food, enjoy local melbourne musical and storytelling talent, and have access to very special craft beer :) it will also be held at the same venue as the last-- kerynia cafe on 354 smith street in collingwood. cozy and wonderful, they usually serve up quality greek food, but stavros is a champion and opens his space to 8folds for the night so that we can do up some quality asian food. unfortunately selina and i won't be around for it, but of course we will be there in spirit! we are just so happy to have started a little tradition of food and fun in a city that is special for both of us :)
