Spreading the dumpling love in Holland:
There's no need to set the panic alarms...8Folds is still setting herself up in Portugal. I've decided to take a long detour to Portugal via Holland, France and Spain. As I stop at each destination, I will be sharing the art of making dumplings with the people I stay with in each country. I'm tentatively due to arrive into Portugal on the last week of April and getting right into work!
