This Sunday is Santos Populares! It's a street party to celebrate the day of Lisbon's patron Saint Anthony; which translates to lots of drunk party revellers all over Lisbon! So 8Folds is joining in the festivities and saving many of the good Lisbon party crowd from hunger- by selling Alice's Super Spring Rolls , Barbe(Mmmm)qued Tofu Puff Sticks and Hugo's Grilled Eggplant Sandwiches!
We did a trial run last night in Alfama to a smaller crowd and sold out on most items. So tonight we are buddying up with friends and will be operating around 3 of Lisbon's busiest party spots- Alfama, Bica and Bairro Alto! For those of you reading this and happen to be around , come and say hi to Alice and Hugo in Alfama; Rui and myself in Bica; Liene and José roving around Bairro Alto!
